Action for Change Foundation (ACF) is a national Timorese development organisation based in Dili, Timor-Leste. Since its inception, ACF has made a positive impact on the lives of over 5000 vulnerable people, fostering skills development, promoting women’s empowerment, and enhancing community health.

We work with unemployed youth to develop their skills and help them become active members of society
We promote empowerment of women and girls, encouraging them to be confident leaders in their communities
